DukeV Plastics is dedicated to the green development of global plastic industry.We are always striving to be at the forefront of the plastic packaging industry from the selection of raw material, the design and manufacturing of mould, the selection of injection molding machines to the innovation of technology.
DukeV was set up in Jan, 2022 and located in the Changzhou City, JIangsu. We have 15 sets of injection molding machines from 80to to 780 tons, 2 sets of ultrasonic welding machines, one automotive heat transfer machines. The annual capacity is around 8500 tons.
DukeV is specified in the manufacturing of high quality plastic pails from 100ML to 50L. We have a great variety of plastic pails. Our pails have novelty shape and unique style with three key features like good sealing, anti-counterfeiting, and easy-open. They have good toughness and impact resistance,quite reliable and convenient for storing and transportation even in harsh environment. Some of our pails are UN certified and applicable for the storing and transportation of solid dangerous goods.They are well used in DG chemical industry, lubricants industry, adhesive industry, painting industry, oil ink industry, food industry and hardware industry etc.
Quality is the cornerstone and key to the survival and development of enterprise. We are certified ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 in June, 2022. We strictly control the whole process from material incoming, production process, delivery inspection, logistics transportation and after-sales process to meet the maximum satisfaction of all customer’s requirements.
